Dan Nip is President of Product Marketing International, Inc. (PMI) which he formed in 1988 after receiving his BS and MBA degrees from Chaminade University of Hawaii. PMI engages in real estate development, international investment and international trade, and in 2000 developed the largest Asian owned retail center in the country which is 100% occupied. Mr. Nip's corporation also trades food and high-tech products between Asia and America, and with its joint venture partner, Green Mountain Investments, LLC, has developed power plants and infrastructure in China. Mr. Nip was a co-founder and President of the Asian Chamber of Commerce, and founder and President of the Chinatown Community Development Corp. He is Chairman of the East Downtown Development Authority, and serves on the boards of the East Downtown Management District, Texas Interfaith Housing Corporation, and Central Houston, Inc. In 1999, Mr. Nip received honorary citizenship from Houston's sister city, Shenzhen, China and is President of the Houston Shenzhen Sister City Association. Mr. Nip is a licensed CPA, real estate, and loan broker, and a board member of Blue Print Houston and the Buffalo Bayou Partnership.
ALLAN TILLER

Allan practices international tax law in his own firm in Houston, Texas, under the name “E. Allan Tiller, PLLC.” He has more than thirty-five years of experience in international tax, gained first at a large multi-national oil company, Gulf Oil Corporation, and then as a partner at large law firms, first Chamberlain Hrdlicka of Houston/Atlanta and then in the Houston office of Haynes & Boone, LLP, before establishing his own practice specializing in international taxation in 2009 in downtown Houston. Allan is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and of the LLM tax program of the University of Florida Law School. He is licensed to practice in both Florida and Texas, and he is fluent in Spanish.

Is a retired Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster. Her interests include amateur photography and genealogy. She currently serve as Secretary of Houston Shenzhen Sister City Association.
